THANKSGIVING IS ONLY TWO DAYS AWAY, AND BOY...... DOES TIME FLYS! AS FEMALES,
WE ALWAYS HAVE A REASON TO GET DRESSED UP FOR EVERYTHING, INCLUDING HOLIDAYS! EVERY YEAR AROUND THIS TIME, FAMILIES HAVE BIG DINNER AT THE HOUSE, LOVE ONES TAKE THEIR SIGNIFICANT OTHER OUT FOR DINNER DATES OR GIRLFRIENDS GET TOGETHER FOR NIGHT OUT ON THE TOWN. TENDING TO HAVE A HARD TIME FIGURING OUT WHAT TO WEAR OR FINDING AN OUTFIT IN STORES TO DRESS ACCORDINGLY FOR HOLIDAY EVENTS? YES...I KNOW IT CAN BE NERVE-RECKING SEARCHING FOR THE RIGHT FIT THAT COMPLIMENTS THE HOLIDAY SETTINGS.
FOR THANKSGIVING, IT'S ALL ABOUT SPECIAL GET TOGETHER'S WITH FAMILY AND FRIENDS AT ONE BIG DESIGNATED PLACE, PIGGING OUT AND PACKING UP THAT TO-GO PLATES FOR HOME AFTER STUFFING OUR FACES. FOR ME, I LIKE TO HAVE A MORE RESOURCEFUL, BUT SIMPLE LOOK THAT I KNOW IM NOT OVERDOING IT A BIT. THAT BEING SAID, FOR EVENTS LIKE THIS, WE SHOULD LOOK CHIC, BUT STILL FEEL AND DRESS COMFORTABLE FOR THE OCCASION. WHEN LOOKING FOR OUTFITS FOR THANKSGIVING SHINDIGS— QUESTIONS YOU SHOULD ASK YOURSELF, "WHAT CAN I WEAR THAT WILL BE COMFORTABLE AFTER EATING?" "SHOULD I DRESS UP OR SHOULD I BE CASUAL?" "SHOULD I WEAR SOMETHING A LOT LESS FITTED, THATS MORE LAXED?" "SINCE I'LL BE EATING A LOT, IS IT BEST TO WEAR SOMETHING DARK IN CASE I MAY STAIN MY CLOTHES?" THOSE ARE JUST A FEW THINGS TO THINK ABOUT TO HELP NARROW DOWN ON A MORE FUNCTIONAL ATTIRE.
HERE ARE MY 3 THANKSGIVING INSPIRATIONAL OUTFITS I CREATED FOR MORE OF A FLATTERING LOOK TO WEAR INCORPORATING KNIT TOPS:
*Note: Knit Tops are a Win-Win to add on for wardrobing your look. Knits are not only comfortable, but very flattering for any body type and perfect coverage for that full belly after grubbing grandmas or moms turkey dinner.
SLOUCH KNIT SWEATER W/SKIRT
-Wear a slouchy sweater for that cozy feel. Can be worn with a leather A-line midi skirt or pullover top of a knit loose dress for layering. For a semi-dressy add a fun bootie with a chunky heel whether it's high or low heel.
LONG-LENGTH TURTLENECK SWEATER W/CONTEMPORARY PANT
-Throw on that Oversized Turtleneck, can still wear a pant that's fits comfortable to you liking. For women that want to be more casual and not so dressy, pair outfit up with detailed flat and fun accessories(I.e. Rings, hat or statement necklace.)
CARDIGAN
For more coverage, wear a Cardigan whether it's printed or solid...good for layering with a casual top or knit top(I.e. Turtleneck, cotton T-shirt or long-sleeve knit) If you're a denim lover, but still want to dress your look up with a savvy pump, just be sure to cuff up your denim for a chic contemporary ensemble.

MY TOP 6 F/W TRENDY OUTERWEAR
THE WEATHER HAS BEEN SHOWING ITS TRUE COLORS RIGHT NOW! ITS DEFINITELY (BURRR...) SEASON AND ITS TIME TO PULL OUT YOUR FAVORITE OUTERWEAR OUT THAT CLOSET! YEAR AFTER YEAR COATS AND JACKETS HAVE A HABIT OF REPEATING ITSELF (which is everything nowadays) BUT WITH A SLIGHT TWIST TOMAKE IT A LITTLE DIFFERENT THE YEAR BEFORE. YOU FIND OUTERWEAR NOW...WITH MORE TEXTURE, COLOR, PRINT AND ADDED ON EMBELLISHMENTS. ITS NOTHING LIKE WALKING AROUND TOWN WITH THAT STYLISH COAT TO KEEP YOU WARM AND STILL MAKE YOU LOOK GOOD WHILE DOING IT!

MY TOP 6 F/W TRENDY OUTERWEAR FOR 2015:
It's all about more featured buttons on costs as you would say! Double Breasted Coat has been out from time to time...back than when Militants would wear them as a signatured look. Gives off such a structured look and will keep you a little more warmer for this season.
What to wear with:
–Pair it with a more cozy attire, such as: Chelsea booties, fun cords, chunky knit or denim jeans.
DUSTER COAT
–I'm loving how they are reiterated the overcoat as considered a duster, but just it being a little lightweight being the difference. With any "DUSTER" you could wear either way, dressed up or dressed down depending on your look. Put on a T-shirt and your favorite ripped jeans and some cool kicks or keep it sophisticated with a tailored pant and strappy shoe.
THE BOMBER
–A bomber is more relaxed for an outerwear, it usually come at the hip and like a slight puffed style. Good to wear most comfort ensemble, whether it's sweats, fun knit top, sweatshirt or any form of lounge attire.
DRESS COAT
–Feminist at its best! This coat is a great pairing for any mini or midi skirt and dresses. This coat also, give you shaping with the cinching of the waistline.
FUR COAT
–This is my all time favorite coat, I wear just about anything with it! Try to do stay away for too chunky tops and tend to leave the fur coat a little balky even though the fur coat already have a balky fit to it.
LEATHER MOTO
–This is one jacket that will never be outdated! It's very resourceful, chic, trendy and accommodating for any outfit you wear
